Trigeneration Technologies’ trigeneration power plants are built on a single
skid that measures approximately 12 feet wide, by 12 feet tall by 40 feet in
overall length for plants up to 500 kW. For power plants over 500 kW through
about 1.2 MW, the single
skid measures 15 feet wide, 15 feet in height and are up to 55 feet in length.
Our trigeneration power plants are fully self-contained and are tested and certified before leaving our packaging plant in California - and our newest plant to be located in Texas, just north of Houston.
All the client will need to do after delivery of our trigeneration plant is to hook up the fuel line, and connect the electrical line and complete the integration of the heating and cooling system of our trigeneration power plant with their facility's physical plant.
The basic Trigeneration Technologies skid-mounted, trigeneration power plant features the following:
Self-contained, on a single skid, one trigeneration power plant
Industrial” engine and generator
Chiller capable of producing 20 deg F cooling.
Heat recovery system that utilizes a heat pump to provide hot water and chilled water in addition to electricity. The heat recovery system utilizes the exhaust heat, jacket water heat, oil cooler heat and the intercooler heat from the engine to increase our system efficiency and decrease fuel consumption.
Our trigeneration power plant will surpass 86% net system efficiency and are capable of operating at 100% energy efficiency (when you consider that the energy produced offsets energy now purchased from other sources) when there is a need for both cooling and heating in the temperature ranges that are effective for the ammonia heat pump.

All that will be necessary at the site will be the gas and electrical connection and integration of the heating and cooling system.
Under most conditions, our trigeneration power plant should reduce fuel consumption by at least 30% to 50% while also producing some or all of the electrical requirements that the customer has.

Legal & Regulatory permits necessary for installation and/or
interconnection with grid
All that will be
necessary at the site will be the gas and electrical connection and
integration of the heating and cooling system.
Under most
conditions, our trigeneration power plant should reduce fuel consumption
approximately 30% to 50% under most conditions and applications while also
producing some or most of the electrical requirements that the customer has.
Warranty:
One year parts and labor on all new trigeneration power plants.
